I love the sauna. I love this gym. Ending my workout with relaxing time in the sauna is just the icing on the cake. I love that this feature is offered and I'm so thankful !

The sauna is my destresser of my day. I do my work out and then relax and listen to my music or podcast and it truly makes me feel like a new woman. This year I'm focusing more on myself and stepping out of my comfort zone and I have never been to a gym or sauna... so thought perfect.. and it scary at all... no one judged me which is what has always detoured me from going..... and I have fun! Me and my husband go almost daily and we love it! Excellent quality time due to we work opposite shifts.
